• Why choose Heritage Cornwall Ltd?

• How do we get you to undertake such works?
  Ideally, you need to identify what it is you want, or more to the point, what the building wants. You must talk to a suitably experienced architect or chartered surveyor. Feel free to contact us for names.
   
• Are you always busy?
  Generally, yes; we are always busy. However, we must look to the future at all times. We welcome enquiries but do bear in mind the need to get professional help initially. We will always visit to see what it might be that needs our attention. We may not always be able to undertake works immediately. Anyone that can is generally not busy, nor not necessarily suitable either; beware.
   
• Are you expensive?
  An old hoary chestnut! We are as expensive or as inexpensive as anyone else 'out there'. It is a fact of life that costs have to be met. Unlike all contractors, we do not have charitable status. We like to think we offer very good value for our services; something borne out by the fact that we are always busy. We have a large client base with many repeat orders and recommendations.
